The RN Consultant also provides information, guidance, and support to the Case Management team regarding health and medical-related issues.Qualifications : Education :
- Associate degree in nursingLicense : Valid State of California R.N.Current CA Driver’s License, car registration, and insurancePreferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Public Health Nursing Certificate
- Multilingual abilitiesExperience :
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical pediatric and / or adult medicine experience
- Knowledge of / experience in working with individuals with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities
- Effective communication skills to encourage collaboration among all members of the clinical and case management staff
- Excellent written and communication skills in addition to computer skills
