Position Overview :
Join our compassionate team at The Columns Rehabilitation Healthcare Center, part of Venza Care’s growing network across the Southeast. We are dedicated to setting new standards in healthcare, prioritizing kindness, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Support nursing staff with clinical duties and monitor patient conditions
Take and record vital signs, reporting significant changes to the nursing staff
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship
Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team
Qualifications :
Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices
Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being
Excellent communication and time management skills
