What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealership Billing Associate position at The Colwell Consulting Group?
DESCRIPTION :
As a Billing Associate you are responsible for auditing incoming deals for compliance of vehicle sales and revenue recognition, posting deals into Reynold & Reynolds, verifying all revenue, gross, commissions, receivable & payable, and all supporting documents with the deal.
Dealership billing experience is required.
What You'll Do :
- Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
- Post vehicle sales and purchases.
- Costing and finalizing deals to accounting.
- Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts.
- Effectively present information to customers or dealership personnel.
- Reconcile deposit journal entries to accounting schedules. Recognize and research discrepancies and create journal entries and / or adjustments to correct errors.
- Communicate with dealership accounting personnel regarding more complex posting issues and assist in balancing the accounting schedules.
- All other duties as assigned.
