The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for SPRING 2025. Our fall season takes place during December. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. Selling at graduations).
Qualifications:
- Open availability during the month of April and May
- Valid driver's license
- Provide own means of transportation to our office
- Freshman, sophomore or junior in college
- Open to traveling for extended periods of time
- Reliable and responsible

Responsibilities:
- Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
- Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
- Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
- Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
- Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
- Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
Financial:
- Hourly pay of $15/hour
- Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
