Sales Executive, Sales Department
The Commencement Group is looking to hire a Sales Executive to sell our services and help build high quality relationships with new clients in our Atlanta Branch.

Position Description:
Sales Executives develop new business relationships with prospective clients based on their assigned sales region. This involves duties such as: cold calling, e-mailing proposals, managing client data in our CRM, navigating school bureaucracies, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients. Sales Executives need to qualify prospective clients, determine the best school partners, and move a prospect from identification to a confirmed new account, ensuring that we have the necessary information to service their event. Accuracy, thoroughness, and persistence are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new business through outbound sales channels: cold calling and cold emailing
- Help generate sales prospect list based on regional parameters
- Develop new relationships with prospective clients
- Nurture those relationships into partnership agreements
- Effectively utilize a CRM to organize and track information about our clients
- Respond to all emails from clients in a timely manner
- Exercise good etiquette when replying to requests from clients
- Relay information about new accounts in a timely and concise manner to necessary departments
- Vigilantly check to make sure all account information is accurate
- Create resources & materials for new accounts to use to promote our services
- Create pre-order websites for new clients
- Ensure commission check information is accurately collected
- Responsible for administrative tasks throughout season
- Achieve seasonal sales targets
- Go on site during our busy graduation seasons to lead schools
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Effective communicator
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to make daily phone calls
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to naturally network and engage with people from various backgrounds
- Comfortable with in state and out of state travel
