Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is currently hiring a Loan Specialist in downtown Seattle, WA. This is a fully in office role.

This specialist will do the following:
- Provides administrative and/or operational support within for the Documentation Dept. Review completeness of incoming original loan documents for all types of loans, including but not limited to: Consumer, Commercial; Real Estate for verifying
- Maintain files with all necessary documents
- Responsible for ensuring insurance is up to date and not lapsed
- Maintains Collateral files
- Process paid loans and release collateral
- UCC filings, terminations and amendments
- Research and resolve lending inquires and issues
- Prepare and process monthly/quarterly reports as needed
- Responsible for post-closing items including but not limited to: ticklers, filing, scanning, answer questions and follow up with other vendors or the employees
- Other duties as assigned
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of previous banking or loan processing, documentation, loan assistant experience or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may job requirements.
- Proficient knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, documentation and loan systems
- Knowledge of banking process and procedures helpful
- Must have strong organizational and customer service skills
- Must be accurate, possess numeric and verbal aptitudes
- Strong research, audit and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines
- Proficient working knowledge computer program i.e word processing, spreadsheets or related software

- Salary Range - $24.05 to $35.27 depending on experience
