What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Wooster Milltown Banking Ctr position at The Commercial & Savings Bank?
This seasonal (summer) position is located on-site at our Operations Center, in Millersburg, Ohio.
Summary: To provide support to the Marketing and Public Relations team, gaining hands-on experience in digital communications, storytelling, and content creation. This position offers practical exposure to the work of CSB as a trusted community partner, supporting its mission of Enduring Greatness and positive public presence.

- Content Creation: Assist the Marketing Manager in producing engaging social media posts, developing story-driven content, drafting press releases, and helping create other communication pieces that align with CSB’s brand standards.
- Storytelling: Contribute to the development of CSB’s brand narrative by identifying and crafting meaningful stories that highlight CSB’s community impact, employee experiences, and customer success. Help bring these stories to life through written, visual, and digital content.
- Social Media Management: Help maintain and monitor CSB’s social media platforms by brainstorming ideas for posts, assisting with content scheduling, and engaging with followers to strengthen the bank’s online presence.
- Event Support: Support the planning and execution of events hosted or sponsored by CSB, providing logistical and on-site support.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various organizational tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and other general office duties as needed.
- Brand Representation: Act as a positive representative of CSB, demonstrating a professional image and commitment to the bank’s core values.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Some experience with social media platforms, storytelling, Canva, photography, videography, or content creation is a plus.
