Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food and beverage management, agriculture, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in food distribution, agriculture, or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for promoting sustainable and equitable food systems
