Job Summary
In our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional care, we are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are eager to go above and beyond in exceeding resident expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality resident care in line with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge in conjunction with physicians, families, and other multi-disciplinary health care professionals.
- Execute delegated care aspects for both residents and their families, utilizing the nursing process principles.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
- Valid licensed status as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Current certification in CPR; prior long-term care experience is preferable
