Your Role:
- Provide compassionate care and support for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document residents' health and progress.
- Collaborate with the care team and mentor CNAs.
Requirements:
- Current and active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- A passion for serving others in a long-term care setting.
