The Director of Mission Integration and Chaplain will play a vital role in shaping a culture of meaning, pride, and purpose at The Commons of Providence. As a leader in faith and culture, you'll guide our community in living out its Core Values and promote alignment with Catholic identity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide outstanding spiritual care services, ensuring compassionate support for residents at all levels, especially at the end of life.
- Oversee religious services, chapel care, and programs that reflect and respect diverse spiritualties.
- Oversee a full-time Spiritual Care Coordinator who serves residents at the Providence Care Center campus.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred, in theology, healthcare, education, or a related field, with a working knowledge of operations.
- Working knowledge of health care ethics and the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services (ERDs).
- Demonstrated familiarity with a diversity of spiritualties.
- Ability to work effectively within the framework of the Catholic Church, with alignment to the spirit of CommonSpirit Health.
