We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Commons of Providence, a nonprofit senior living community located near the shores of Lake Erie. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, progress, and any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Mentor and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care delivery.
