Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident care in line with the Nurse Practice Act. This includes safe and therapeutic care from admission through discharge, in conjunction with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals. You will utilize the nursing process principles to execute delegated care aspects for residents and their families, aiming to restore and maintain their maximum mental and physical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field
- Current certification in CPR
- Valid licensed status as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio
