About the Role: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality resident care in line with the Nurse Practice Act. This role involves safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge in conjunction with physicians, families, and other multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals. Our ideal candidate will have successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen, valid licensed status as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio, and current certification in CPR.
