Job Description
- Provide daily supervision and training to Direct Care Worker I staff to ensure they are acting as advocates for individuals and demonstrating respect and positive regard.
- Assist individuals in meeting their personal care and nutritional needs, including administering medications when necessary.
- Maintain individuals' rights by complying with applicable laws and regulations.
This position requires flexibility to meet the needs of the program/area office, with a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week schedule. Mandatory overtime may be required when circumstances dictate.
