Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs tailored to patients' needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address patients' goals and objectives.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on recreational therapy techniques and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in therapeutic recreation, incorporating new ideas and approaches into daily practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in recreation, recreation education, creative arts therapy, or therapeutic recreation, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in therapeutic recreation, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
