DIETARY ASSISTANT
Position Summary: The primary function of this position is to assist the cook in meal preparation and services in accordance with all federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations which govern the facility, so as to ensure nutritional needs of each resident is met and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
2. Ability to read, write and speak English.
3. Ability to follow oral and written direction.
