Essential Job Functions
- Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring that services are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational standards.
- Oversee program operations to ensure local, state, and federal regulatory standards are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to residential, program, and activity directors, adapting supervisory approaches to meet team needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs), Individual Support Plans (ISPs), and Individual Program Plans (IPPs).
- Ensures the facility's programs, including recreational activities, meet the needs of residents and comply with all regulations.
- Participate in budgeting processes, ensuring that operations remain within financial constraints and suggesting budgetary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external partners, representing the program in various meetings and events.
- Manage and respond to emergency situations effectively.
- Support diversity, philanthropy, and wellness initiatives for the division.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned by the Administrator based on the evolving needs of the program.
