Training and Development:
We are dedicated to your professional growth, offering PAID TRAINING in:
- Experiential Play Therapy (EPT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Functional Family Therapy (FFT)
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
In addition to training, you’ll receive PAID CEUs for continuous development.
Compensation:
- We welcome applicants with temporary or provisional licenses!
- LMHC/LMSW/AMFT: $65,500 - $83,000 annually ($40-$45 per hour)
- LPCC/LCSW/LMFT: $82,000 - $101,000 annually ($50-$55 per hour) Compensation is based on experience, education, and licensure.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and services.
- Develop treatment plans and make referrals to other programs as necessary.
- Develop treatment plans and make referrals to internal and external programs based on individual and family needs.
- Maintain clinical standards and compliance with agency/state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and supervision to support high-quality care.
- Complete documentation, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
