Compensation:
$22–$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
10–15 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and outreach.
- Plan, attend, and represent the agency at community networking events, distributing marketing materials.
- Conduct outreach efforts to build relationships with strategic alliances, community partners, and referral sources.
- Manage and maintain the agency’s CRM system, ensuring accurate client records and effective follow-ups.
- Oversee and optimize the agency website for usability and SEO performance.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy, creating a content calendar, engaging with followers, and responding to reviews.
- Maintain and improve online rankings by monitoring performance and soliciting reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate patient and community-focused initiatives.
- Support market trend analysis and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights for adjustments.
- Track and report marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO for strategic improvements.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, CRM systems, and basic SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in healthcare, mental health, or nonprofit sectors.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of WordPress or similar website management platforms.
