Role Summary
The Senior Portfolio Analyst will work closely with and assist the Manager, Senior Analyst, Loan Servicing (non-Agency) in the management of the non-Agency, Permanent Servicing portfolios, including assisting in the designing of processes and procedures as well as the development of industry best practices.

Role Summary
The Senior Portfolio Analyst will work closely with and assist the Manager, Senior Analyst, Loan Servicing (non-Agency) in the management of the non-Agency, Permanent Servicing portfolios, including assisting in the designing of processes and procedures as well as the development of industry best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the management of a team of Portfolio Administrators responsible for the servicing activities related to Permanent loan portfolios held by CPC; public Pension funds; third party banks; private investors; and various local and state agencies.
- Monitor the Servicing team’s servicing portfolio, including loan set-ups, escrow processing, and all day-to-day servicing activities.
- Review and approve disbursements.
- Review and approve pay off letters up to assigned limits.
- Provide excellent customer service to both external customers and investors as well as internal field officers.
- Prepare management reports on the status of the portfolio, as directed.
- Prepare Investor required ad hoc reports.
- Assists in personnel management as directed.
- Assist in the writing and implementation of training materials and lead the training and on-boarding of staff, as directed.
- Train staff and implement individual development plans for employees, as directed.
- Assist with special projects as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or other related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in commercial loan servicing/closing; prior managerial or supervision of teams experience preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong preference for background with McCracken Strategy or other commercial loan servicing platforms.
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel.
- Effective written and oral communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
