Role Summary
The Systems Implementation and Support Specialist will be versatile and technically skilled to support the successful implementation, configuration, maintenance and support of various applications across the organization. This position will require experience in financial systems such as ERP and GL platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, end-users, and vendors to ensure the systems are deployed effectively and meet business needs. This role requires experience with diverse software applications, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Configure and maintain existing and future systems to meet business requirements.
- Perform hands-on system setup, data migration, integration, and validation during implementation process.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and resolve system-related problems to maintain operational efficiency.
- Train end-users on new applications, creating user guides, and providing ongoing technical support.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and integration processes
- Conduct system testing to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Monitor system performance, manage updates, and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes within the Finance department to support the department’s business intelligence and technology needs.
- Serve as a key team member, working closely with the IT Product Manager to support cross-functional initiatives and provide backup support as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on technical experience in systems implementation, configuration, data migration, troubleshooting and support.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, project management tools and other business software solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
