CSN Kearney is currently offering a $1,500 hiring bonus for candidates successfully hired. The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments : $200 - First paycheck following completion of pre-service training, $500 - 3 months of employment, $800 - 6 months of employment.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills.
