Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified candidates who apply through 2 / 3 / 2025 and are successfully hired.

As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS) , you will develop & lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best lives & thrive as members of the community. This is a salaried position requiring evening & weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend on-call rotation once trained.

The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments :
300 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training,
700 - 3 months of employment and all training complete,
1,000 - 6 months of employment.
