Description :
As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS) , you will develop and lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community!
This is a salaried position requiring evening and weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend On-Call rotation for the agency once trained.
The FLS position does split time between working direct support hours and office hours.
What You'll do
- Assist with daily tasks / chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
- Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
- Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
- Encourage and foster individuals' hobbies and interests
- Provide habilitation & documentation
- Follow health & safety protocols
- Engage and coach Direct Support Professionals
- Manage & Oversee Residential Home
- Manage & Oversee house staff, includes scheduling shifts and working shifts that are open
