Overview
The community is expanding our US Hispanic Creative teams by hiring a Bilingual ACD Copywriter to join us on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have experience copywriting in English and Spanish, for the US Hispanic Market and the US General Market Under the supervision of, and working closely with the Creative Leads, the ACD will be responsible for bilingual copywriting efforts, working closely with Art Directors to ensure the final creative delivers on brand strategy and message effectively.
Talent must be located in NY to be considered for the position.

Compensation Range: $105,165 - $165,485 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Develop, create and execute insightful concepts in English and Spanish.
- Determine tone, style and structure of content based on client’s requirements and brand guidelines.
- Interact with the larger team, especially Art Directors, to ensure the design supports and elevates the creative narrative.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and agency stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Develop strong understanding of client business needs.
- Fully bilingual copywriter. Native English fluency is preferred.
- 7-9 years of experience working in a copywriting capacity at an advertising agency.
- Excellent communication skills to write copy and present the work in both English and Spanish.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to bring it to life in a headline.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively deliver superior creative product.
