What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM associate (Email/SMS) position at The Company Store?
The CRM associate is responsible for supporting the execution of The Company Store Email and SMS marketing programs in close collaboration with brand partners and the CRM team. Drives the campaign design, quality assurance, and list delivery preparation through Klaviyo. In this role, the associate will be in charge of campaign execution from beginning to end through the creation of engaging content, segmentation best practices, and effective use of our ESP.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% Capture marketing campaign requirements through close collaboration with marketing partners
- 40% Provide marketing support, including set-up of campaigns in Klaviyo, for small to medium size campaigns
- 30% Design, test and execute campaigns using product- and activity-based purchase triggers, segment and personalization rules to support business goals
- 10% Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate analytical information in clear, concise presentations
- Experienced in CRM execution and management, preferably in a retail context
- Experienced in the application of segmentation and predictive modelling
- Strong analytical skills
