Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubricating equipment, replacing gaskets, pump seals, and tightening loose bolts.
- Conduct minor repairs on pumps and valves, including dismantling and replacing worn parts.
- Install and inspect fuel hoses, hardware, and fittings on fuel storage tanks.
- Perform and assist with fuel tank calibrations, inspections, and periodic maintenance.
- Assist with fuel spill response and cleanup as needed.
- Update maintenance and inspection records with accuracy.
- Conduct quality control of fuel under ASTM and ATA standards.
- Inspect equipment, document discrepancies, and report issues promptly.
- Perform work on loading racks, fuel storage equipment, and replace system components as required.
- Support mechanics with breakdown prevention and system repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Rotate on-call responsibilities for after-hour and weekend emergencies.
- Safely transport equipment and components as needed.
