We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Department Associate to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our e-commerce business, focusing primarily on handling customer returns and processing incoming shipments. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer returns accurately and in a timely manner
- Inspect returned items and determine restocking or disposal actions
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory systems
- Sort and organize products into designated bins or storage areas
- Ensure returned and received products are properly labeled and accounted for
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Experience with inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with Amazon or other e-commerce platforms a plus
- Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable using a computer and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable and punctual

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
