REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Ability to develop a one-off strategic sourcing approach for large, complex and / or EPC electric construction projects or, working within a preestablished category sourcing strategy, apply it to development of a project-specific go-to market plan for delivering a complex and / or EPC electric construction project
Ability to interpret T&C, understand the commercial impacts based on the scope of work and clearly communicate this to the business and leadership; effectively negotiate these points with suppliers to minimize risk, maximize benefit in line with business tolerances and procurement best practices
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with stakeholders at project and executive level
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables, project simultaneously
Ability to effectively delegate and manage deliverables to and / or manage project teams consisting of representatives from multiple areas within the business
Ability to make field visits for pre-bids and in-person project team meetings
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, & Ariba

While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to : job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
