REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Education
Minimum Bachelor's Degree , and 1-3 years of Ui / ux Analysis experience
Required Experience
Experience in healthcare business or healthcare government programs preferred.
Experience working within one or more software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and understanding of all stages of project life cycle process.
Ability to quickly comprehend the objective and issues that the project is trying address in order to formulate a proper solution.
Ability to identify, characterize and clearly present problems exposing underlying issues.
Ability to identify and clearly articulate when a solution meets the project goals and objectives.
Ability to consider all parties and the impact of proposed solutions on those parties.
Ability to communicate to stakeholders' rationale for decisions made and possible outcomes for those decisions.
Ability to manage individual priorities by organizing and prioritizing outstanding tasks.
Ability to gain and maintain the stakeholder's trust by keeping their best interests in the forefront.
Ability to write effectively for various contexts and audiences resulting in concise communication and understanding of large amounts of complex data.
Ability to moderate discussions enabling participants to articulate ideas on topics; recognize and manage various viewpoints.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, managers, staff and team members
Ability to use software and peripherals related to performance of job responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business needs dictate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The User Experience Business Analyst works closely with the Business Analyst and UI / UX Designer to analyze and document changes to the system that impact the user experience. User Experience Analysts are comfortable with analyzing how new requirements effect the user experience. They should have knowledge of the best practices around UX design, design tools, and the process of documenting user interface changes. Additionally, they work closely with technical and testing teams to ensure complete and accurate representations of the business requirements are maintained in the final solution.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Primary Duties :
Should be creatively analytical, meaning, they must be out of the box thinkers who can also back up their ideas with research.
Comfortable collaborating with UI / UX Designers, technical staff, and the client.
Excellent verbal, writing / documentation, communication, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be able to listen carefully and empathize with the client or user on their needs and how existing system shortcomings impact their experience.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to understand the goals of the client while being driven by a complex timeline of tasks that requires finesse as well as stress management as they manage the daily details.
Should be very comfortable with task management software and should be familiar with a variety of graphic design programs, spreadsheets and research tools.
Should be knowledgeable on the latest software and industry trends.

While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to : job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
