Job Title : Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) EngineerLocation : San Jose, CA preferredWage Range : 100-113Job Number : 25-02377Job Description : Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer to preferably work from their San Jose, CA facility. Candidates will be considered to work from our client's other facilities in the US on a situational basis. The Senior Principal Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Software Engineer will be part of an innovative team which works to solve complex problems where the solutions provide truly meaningful results. This individual is expected to work effectively in multi-disciplined engineering teams where communication and innovation is key.Qualifications : Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5 years of job-related experience, or a master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Department of Defense TS / SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS / SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
