Systems Engineering lifecycle experience, with specific experience in one or more of the following areas : Concept of Operations (ConOps) development, requirements definition and management, functional analysis, interface definition and control, and / or verification and validationDevelopment experience on a government contract with experience in systems integration and testing, particularly in a CI / CD environmentExperience with Agile principles, to include Agile systems engineering practices and understanding of Agile rolesJOB DESCRIPION : We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer - Space Systems Mission Management domain supporting one of our premier programs in the Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (SISR) business unit, where your knowledge with regards to requirements, architecture and design elaboration, system engineering analyses, script development, interface definition and control, and verification and validation will be put to good use. This position is an on-site role at our Richardson, TX campus.What You Will DoProvide technical analyses and define how the system works creating use casesDecompose requirements, define system interfaces and help determine how requirements will be validated and verified by the test teamProvide engineering support for the execution of a portion of the programs test program including test processes and baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validationSupport regression testing across deliverable releases to the program baselineSupport and attend technical reviews and technical interchanges in support of the programQualifications We PreferDevelopment experience in project domain (e.g., mission management ground systems, space-based ISR platforms)Experience working in an Agile development environment and with Agile development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler)Experience with requirements management in DOORS or other requirements databasesExperience writing, running, integrating, and automating tests with automated test tools (e.g., SoapUI) and developing scripts in Python or PerlGood oral and written communication skills as well as good collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans / Disabled
