Consolidate information into business-wide financial statements and prepare for review with senior management.Financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and annual planning, as well as preparation of action plans and recommendations for business and operational decisionsPerform cash flow analytics and evaluation of working capital metrics, providing insight for cash forecastingLead the functional cost consolidation process ensuring load accuracy across the business units as well as putting together a cohesive story for leadershipHFM maintenance, reporting and consolidationJOB DESCRIPTION Directly support the Financial Manager of the Program on all financial issues, including business decision-making and budget management.Develop and analyze business case models, which will be utilized to evaluate the economic impact of business decisions on the Program.Partner with vertical market leaders to prepare supplemental reporting for sales and ordersEvaluate standard processes, utilize technologies, and make recommendations to automate and increase efficiencySpecial projects and business unit support as neededProvide support for senior executive presentationsPerform special projects and ad hoc business / financial analysis where neededKey attributes : Financial acumen, communication, leadership, flexibility, passion, determination, persistenceEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans / Disabled
- While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to : job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
