Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Product Line Strategies: Provide expert guidance on product line issues and ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor market trends and competitive strategies to drive product line performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze Customer Needs and Market Trends: Engage with sales teams, regional managers, and customers to gain market insights and identify trends. Leverage customer interactions and competitive analyses to inform product and market strategies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with sales teams, marketing, and other departments to identify and pursue new customer targets and market share opportunities. Support seamless sales integration by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and Improve Product Line Performance: Utilize financial KPIs and other metrics to assess product line performance and implement improvements. Participate in profitability and Value Add/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to optimize margins.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Product Management: A degree in engineering, product management, or a related field is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
