Summary
The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks highly motivated Certified Nursing Assistants to work weekends in our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role offers a base rate of $23.48 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Observe residents' health and report any issues to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and other essential tasks.
- Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements as needed.
- Maintain residents' living spaces by making beds and keeping areas clean and tidy.
- Transport residents within the facility while ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Turn bedridden residents regularly to prevent bedsores.
- Ensure confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
Requirements
- Must be able to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Successful completion of a CNA program.
- Current CNA State Certification.
- Good standing with the State Registry.
