Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPN team members to join our skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, NY.
Duties:
- Collecting required information from new residents for admission
- Recording vital signs and health details of residents, including temperature
- Administering medications and injections as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and getting dressed
- Monitoring food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Valid NY State LPN license
- In good standing with the State Registry
