Job Summary
The Concours Club is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant F&B Manager to collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager in leading and enhancing the operations of multiple dining outlets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, a strong banquet and event management background, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and upholding the highest standards of food and beverage service and quality.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate all aspects of event execution.
- Supervise, train, and mentor food and beverage team members to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal service levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth.
- Uphold high service standards to ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update innovative and appealing menus.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for all outlets.
- Monitor operating expenses and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
- Support marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all food and beverage services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Attend meetings and contribute insights for operational improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotional activities to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
