Responsibilities
- Welcomes and acknowledges all guests in the Spa, according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guests’ service needs, and thanks guests with genuine appreciation.
- Coordinates and confirms all reservations in the Spa.
- Ensures all technology is operational and ready for use.
- Ensures inventory levels are adequate and stock merchandise as needed.
- Ensures that all areas of the spa such as reservations, retail, restaurant, spa services, salon, housekeeping, and maintenance consistently meet Spa standards and mission.
- Ensures that all areas of the spa, indoor and outdoor, are kept in order throughout the day.
- Deals with any guest requests and/or problems and satisfies their needs.
- Understands cultural differences to meet all different customer needs.
- Serves guests at the Spa while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
- Handles all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
- Informed about daily hotel operations, bulletin boards and is up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures; reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the Director.
- Completes safety training and certifications.
- Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports the team to reach common goals.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Hospitality oriented
- Knowledgeable about etiquette and protocols
- Licensed therapist in massage and/or esthetics is a plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to handle difficult situations effectively
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
