Essential Areas of Responsibility Marketing :
- Collaborate with TCC program and administrative leadership to develop an overall agency strategy for communications, public-relations and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research (service characteristics, pricing, and advertising) to stay current on new marketing strategies.
- Maintain updated print materials, website and class information.
- Establish a regular communication strategy, including strategy around social media analytics to reach our intended audience. Platforms include Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and other community platforms that may serve our organization’s needs. Work with the Development team on implementation and scheduling.
- Create and send regular emails (newsletter, special events, etc) to keep followers engaged and up to date. Grow our email list organically.
- Assist fund development and program staff with the promotion of TCC’s special events, annual report, fundraising appeals and educational programming.
- Capture and share programming success stories (including client stories and / or vignettes).
- Turn data into easily-digestible, marketable statistics and blurbs
- Engage a regular Marketing committee

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $58,000 – $64,000. This is a salaried position based on a 40-hour workweek with occasional weekend hours. This is a hybrid position, typical schedule is two days in the office, three days at home. The Conflict Center’s current benefits package includes $500 monthly stipend towards health insurance (three options to choose from from Kaiser Permanente plus dental care and vision), 401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 3% of salary, generous paid vacation, sick and holiday leave, paid volunteer time off and professional development opportunities.
