The Connection , a community-based nonprofit organization in Summit, NJ, is looking for a Part Time ESL Program Director to join our team. The Connection’s ESL program is volunteer instructor based and includes adult student learners of all ages from all over the world.Responsibilities : Manage and oversee the ESL program, ensuring a positive learning environment for students.Recruit and retain volunteer instructors.Coordinate class schedules and curriculum in alignment with the Summit, NJ school calendar.Qualifications : Experience volunteering for or managing an ESL program is a plus.Experience working with volunteers, including recruitment and retention.Hours : This is a 10 month position that follows the Summit, NJ school calendar.
