Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefit Specialist to join our team with United Health Group of Chicago . The ideal candidate will be responsible for making contact with inquiries from search engines and the companies affiliate websites. Through our CRM software, the specialists will make contacts with the prospects via text and then a phone conversation. Once determined that there is suitability, the rep will then provide compliant proposal and then engage in a screen share presentation. Once approved and issued, the rep earns an approx advance commission of $800 per transaction. During busy season , our top reps submit 5-10 applications per week.
Responsibilities
- Make contact with each company provided lead daily.
- Follow scripts and workflow as provided
- Operate in full compliance and standards with United HealthCare's operating procedures.
- Send 5 quotes per day.
- Make 3 presentations per day
Skills
- Proficiency in Zoom, Ringy, Only Sales, Google Calendar
- Trainable, Teachable, and a competitor
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to prospects
- Training takes place the week of Nov 12,13 at the Schaumburg training center.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
