Social Media Manager
Seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead out organic social media efforts. If you are a creative storyteller with experience and a passion for social media, we encourage you to apply. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. This individual will lead the creation of engaging content to drive the organic presence of our properties across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others. The goal is to enhance each property’s awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive qualified traffic to each property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategizing, developing, and executing social media plans across multiple social platforms
- Ideating and working cross-functionally to develop content strategy specific to each platform need
- Identifying opportunities specific to each location
- Develop content strategy specific to each social platform
- Understanding social media as a search tool and developing content strategies to aid in discovering our locations
- Set measurable goals for social media performance
- Collaborate with a team to create original, high-quality content optimized for each social platform
- Foster a positive online community, encourage user-generated content, and promote advocacy
- Further develop strategy to manage reputation, social conversations, and address both positive and negative feedback
- Assist in building out content creator strategy to test and support across both organic and paid social campaigns
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, property ambassadors, and content creators to increase awareness of apartments and their characteristic
Your experience should include:
- 2 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role; developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Proven ability to produce engaging visual and written co9ntent optimized for social platforms
- Experience coordinating with realtors, photographers, designers, and influencers.
- Proficient in social media management tools
- Proven ability to maintain and optimize content scheduling across platforms
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
