Sr React Developer

This is a right to hire position, with an hourly pay rate of $60-65/hour, and $130-140k salary if converted.

Our client is is a leading innovator in the grocery retail industry, dedicated to delivering innovative web applications with exceptional user experience. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our growing and dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with a proven record of accomplishment in developing commercial-grade web applications with outstanding UI design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain commercial-grade web applications with a focus on excellent UI/UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features tailored to the grocery retail industry.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Develop and integrate RESTful WebAPIs into Web Applications.
• Work with SQL Server for database development and management.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior React Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
• Extensive experience with RESTful WebAPIs and SQL Server development.
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of Microservice architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement high-quality UI/UX.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud services and deployment (Azure, Azure DevOps).
