Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in leading a small team of planners to deliver environmental planning services
- Oversee feasibility assessments, screening, planning, and project coordination
- Provide advice on technical related reports and planning applications
- Business development and stakeholder engagement, including technical specialists and local authority planning offices
- Liaise with clients directly and oversee team performance to meet the client's requirements
- Stay up to date with the relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and organisational policies.
- Chartered MRTPI
- Proven experience working within a consultancy, local authority or real estate firm
- Experience with utilities or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Client-facing and project ownership experience
- Good knowledge of GIS systems
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Salary of £60,000 - £73,500 (depending on experience and level)
