LETTINGS DEPARTMENT MANAGER - HAMPSTEAD
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well established independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a Lettings Manager to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager who has 4 years' experience in London lettings.
Duties/functions Of The Role
- Build and expand Lettings business.
- Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions
- Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate
- Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
- List properties from the existing database/network
- Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
- Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers
- Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
- Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues
- Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process
- Arranging and attending valuations
- Converting valuations to instructions
- Managing the lettings process from offer to move in
- 4 years' experience working in central London
- NFOPP qualified preferred but not essential
- A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
- Must be well spoken and well presented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experienced dealing with UHNWI
- Strong IT skills
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.30pm, every other Saturday 10.00am - 2.00pm
