District Director

JOB TITLE : Medical Assistant (Multi Office)

LOCATIONS : Great Neck, NY and Manhattan, NY

SALARY : $20 - $26 per hour

BENEFITS : Health, Dental, Vision, FSA, PTO, and 401k

Bonus Structure : Eligible to earn four different bonuses : After 90 days probationary period and completion of all KPI requirements.

Seeking a Traveling Medical Assistant for our Great Neck and Manhattan locations. The Medical Assistant will be reporting the Great Neck 4 days a week and Manhattan 1 day a week (Tuesday) .

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the physician to prepare patients for examination and procedure.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.
• Interviews patients and records all gathered information in the patients' chart.
• Uses Ultrasound during interventional procedures.
• Ensure the patient's medical information is up to date.
• Maintaining physician and patient medical equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with provider.
• Support the office coordinator and physician liaison.
• Maintain a quiet and peaceful environment that promotes healing.
• Handle all confidential information with discretion and sensitivity, and within the HIPAA Laws.
• Travel between assigned clinic locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
