The Content Bestie is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team! If you’re passionate about storytelling, skilled in video editing, and have a strong marketing background, we’d love to hear from you.

Who You Are:

• A creative visionary with a strong portfolio showcasing proficient video editing and Reels/TikTok content.
• Experienced in social media marketing, with a solid understanding of engagement strategies and trends.
• A natural storyteller who can capture and create compelling, high-quality content for weddings and lifestyle brands.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to turn raw footage into polished, engaging content.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a creative team.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce and edit high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms that align with brand voice and objectives.
• Develop strategic and engaging content that supports brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to introduce fresh, innovative content ideas.
• Manage and maintain organized content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and new content launches.
• Contribute to cross-functional planning sessions to ideate and bring storytelling concepts to life in an on-brand, authentic way.
• Assist in the execution of content marketing strategies aimed at expanding social media presence and increasing audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
• Strong background in content marketing and social media strategy.
• Experience working with brands and influencers.
• 8-12 hrs a week
• Hybrid work
• Flexibility with weekday availability is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential for on-site content capture.
• Personal equipment (including editing tools and gear) is expected.
• iPhone 16 Max Pro is required for content creation and editing.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods during events is required.

$45–$60 per hour, depending on experience
