Responsibilities :
- Installation and Maintenance : Install, troubleshoot, and repair security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and intercoms.
- Technical Support : Provide technical support to clients, including system operation training and troubleshooting assistance. Assisting with Training new team.
- System Configuration : Program and configure security equipment to meet client specifications and ensure optimal performance.
- Site Surveys : Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and service calls performed.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction. Assist with Training new teams.
