- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.-Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.-Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and optimize appointment setting strategies.-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve lead generation and appointment setting processes.Requirements : -Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
